Dogs visiting us for any of our services must be current in the following vaccinations and screenings:

All Distemper/Parvo rounds MUST be completed before entering the facility​

 

Intact Males and Unspayed Females

Intact males or unspayed females over the age of 10 months will not be allowed to socialize in playgroups, as their hormone levels will more likely increase arousal levels between dogs. Female dogs that go into heat before 10 months of age will be placed on Personal Care until they are spayed. At our staff's discretion, any unaltered dog that is displaying inappropriate behavior in playgroups before turning 10 months of age may be placed on Personal Care until they are spayed or neutered.

Flea and Tick Prevention

We recommend that all dogs be on a preventative flea and tick medication. If fleas or ticks are noticed upon check-in or at any time during your dog’s stay, a flea bath treatment may be administered at your expense, and your pet will be placed on our Personal Care program. Personal Care fees may apply. Additionally, if internal parasites (worms) are discovered during stay, treatment and/or Personal Care fees may apply.
