Dog Obedience Classes and Workshops

Puppy Socialization & Basics (10 weeks to 6 months)

New puppy? Get on track with socialization and training.

Puppy S.M.A.R.T. (Socialization, Management, Activity, Red Flags, Training)

A great first class for puppies to introduce basic obedience, manners, and puppy behavior problem-solving. Learn about puppy care, and get helpful tips for puppy problems such as nipping, chewing, and jumping.

 

We require all of our guests to be up to date on the following vaccinations and screenings: Rabies (if over 5 months of age), DhPP, Bordetella, as well as a fecal test including a Giardia screening with a negative result within the last year.


 

Basic Dog Obedience (6 months and up)

Build your relationship with your dog and learn about your dog’s development into adolescence and beyond.

FUNdamental Obedience (basic skills)

Learn leadership, handling skills and techniques to teach your dog fundamental obedience commands.

AKC’s Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) Program (intermediate skills)

Focus on strengthening general obedience and good manners, PLUS special skills required to pass the CGC test, such as being able to meet another dog nicely on leash or walk through a crowd.

Urban Outings (intermediate to advanced skills)

Meet in various public settings to enhance obedience skills and take on distractions of the real world.

Refine and Refresh (intermediate skills)

Intermediate-level obedience course designed to strengthen basic obedience commands that your dog has learned in a previous foundation class.

Enriching your dog’s life and your relationship with your dog.

Leash Reactive Rehab

For dogs that become overly stressed and reactive to other dogs or people when on leash.

Tricks for Treats

Teach your dog cute tricks, such as roll over and wave, and build your skills for other activities with your dog.
